What we’re looking for:
-Myofascial and soft tissue expertise, required
-Confident, skilled adjuster across the full spine and extremities, required
-Active Release Technique (ART) certified strongly preferred
-Graston Technique certified, strongly preferred

-Sports chiropractic background or CCSP designation a plus
-Someone who genuinely loves being a clinician

Duties
-Conduct thorough patient observations, including physical examinations and assessments of musculoskeletal function

-Develop and implement customized care plans focused on pain management, injury recovery, and functional improvement

-Utilize techniques such as trigger point therapy, soft tissue mobilization, and manual adjustments to treat sports injuries and soft tissue conditions

-Manage acute pain episodes through targeted interventions and patient education on injury prevention strategies

-Perform patient assessments using medical terminology knowledge, anatomy expertise, and physiology understanding to inform treatment decisions

-Interpret medical imaging results when applicable to enhance diagnosis accuracy

-Provide occupational health advice and support for patients with work-related injuries or ergonomic concerns

-Monitor patient progress regularly, adjusting treatment plans as needed for optimal recovery outcomes

– Maintain patient satisfaction and help bring in new business

About the Role

We are seeking an Associate Chiropractor to join our team. This role is ideal for a motivated clinician who is passionate about learning, values a holistic approach, and is excited to grow within a multidisciplinary practice.

You’ll work alongside Dr. Nisreen Tayebjee, DC, DACNB, FIBFN-FN, gaining direct exposure to functional neurology and functional medicine in a clinical setting while building your own patient panel with structured support.

What You’ll Do

• Provide high-quality chiropractic care tailored to each patient
• Participate in ongoing clinical learning and mentorship
• Build knowledge in functional neurology, functional health, and performance optimization, and actively collaborate on relevant cases. 
• Educate patients and build long-term relationships
• Contribute to care plans that integrate movement, lifestyle, and neurological approaches

Who You Are

• Doctor of Chiropractic (DC), licensed or eligible for licensure in California
• Early in your career (0–3+ years of experience); new graduates are encouraged to apply

• Curious, growth-oriented and committed to continuous learning
• Passionate about or interested in functional neurology and/or functional medicine
