Activate Health is looking for a motivated chiropractic associate to join our growing practice, with opportunities available at both our West Hollywood and North Hollywood locations.

This position will begin part time, with the potential to grow into a full time role as the practice continues to expand.

Our clinics provide a modern, movement focused approach to musculoskeletal care. In addition to chiropractic treatment, associates will gain exposure to advanced mobility training, functional strength and rehabilitation, gait correction, breathwork, corrective exercise, and movement assessment.

We also treat a significant personal injury population, giving the associate the opportunity to develop strong skills in PI evaluation, case management, documentation, imaging review, and coordination of care.

Advanced Clinical Learning Opportunity

This position is designed for someone who wants to develop beyond traditional chiropractic care.

Associates will have the opportunity to learn and apply:

• Chiropractic adjusting and manual therapy
• Advanced mobility assessment and training
• Functional strength and rehabilitation programming
• Gait assessment and gait correction strategies
• Breathwork and breathing mechanics
• Corrective exercise and movement retraining
• Joint specific mobility and motor control
• Functional movement assessment
• Patient specific exercise progression
• Return to activity and performance based rehabilitation

Our approach emphasizes understanding how the entire body moves and functions rather than simply treating the location of pain.

Personal Injury Experience

The associate will also gain meaningful experience managing personal injury cases, including:

• Initial and re examination procedures
• Orthopedic and neurological testing
• Personal injury documentation and reporting
• MRI and imaging review
• Treatment planning and case progression
• Communication with attorneys and other healthcare providers
• Coordinating referrals when additional care is appropriate
• Managing patients through the full course of recovery following motor vehicle accidents and other injuries

Prior personal injury experience is not required. Training and mentorship will be provided.

A background in athletics, strength training, rehabilitation, mobility, personal training, or sports is a plus.

Full-Time or Part-Time

Community Chiropractic Group is seeking a motivated, personable, and clinically skilled Licensed Chiropractor to join our growing practice in Visalia, California.

We are an established, patient-centered chiropractic office focused on comprehensive musculoskeletal care. Our approach goes beyond adjustments and incorporates soft-tissue therapy, rehabilitation, corrective exercise, massage therapy, and patient education to help patients reduce pain, improve function, and return to the activities they enjoy.

We are looking for a doctor who values individualized care, strong patient relationships, and a collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform patient histories, physical examinations, orthopedic and neurological assessments, and musculoskeletal evaluations.
• Develop individualized, evidence-informed treatment plans.
• Perform chiropractic adjustments utilizing Diversified and other appropriate techniques.
• Incorporate soft-tissue techniques including myofascial release, Active Release Techniques (ART), Graston/IASTM, trigger-point therapy, and manual therapy.
• Integrate rehabilitation, corrective exercise, mobility, and functional movement into patient care.
• Collaborate with our massage therapist and clinical team to provide coordinated care.
• Evaluate and treat acute and chronic musculoskeletal conditions, sports injuries, and spine and extremity complaints.
• Review diagnostic imaging when clinically indicated.
• Educate patients on posture, biomechanics, ergonomics, exercise, mobility, and injury prevention.
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as appropriate.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation within our EMR/EHR system.
• Provide professional, compassionate, and patient-centered care.

Qualifications

Required:

• Doctor of Chiropractic (D.C.) degree from an accredited chiropractic college.
• Current California chiropractic license or eligibility for California licensure.
• Strong adjusting and musculoskeletal assessment skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to ethical, patient-centered care.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.
• Familiarity with EMR/EHR documentation.

Preferred, but not required:

• Experience with ART, Graston/IASTM, myofascial release, or other soft-tissue techniques.
• Experience with sports chiropractic, rehabilitation, corrective exercise, or extremity adjusting.
• Experience treating athletes and active individuals.
• Acupuncture certification/licensure is a plus, but not required.
