Established in 2011, our growing personal injury chiropractic and rehabilitation practice has expanded to multiple locations across the Valley, including four chiropractic offices and one medical office. We are seeking a motivated and patient-focused Associate Chiropractor with a growth mindset who excels in a team setting to join our expanding practice across the valley. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide consultations, complete examinations, and develop individualized treatment plans
- Deliver a high volume of chiropractic adjustments using diversified, drop table, activator, and related techniques
- Educate patients on treatment plans and therapy modalities
- Perform timely progress re-evaluations
- Maintain accurate, clear, and timely documentation of services
- Lead and support clinic staff by managing daily workflows, setting clear expectations, and ensuring operational excellence
- Cultivate and maintain a high-performance, team-oriented culture that prioritizes collaboration, accountability, and exceptional patient care
- Utilize office equipment and software efficiently

Qualifications:
- Doctor of Chiropractic (required)
- Arizona Chiropractic License in good standing (or eligible)

- Spanish-speaking ability is a plus but not required

Duties
- Conduct thorough patient observations and assessments to identify musculoskeletal issues and underlying causes of pain

- Develop and implement tailored care plans that incorporate chiropractic adjustments, trigger point therapy, and other manual therapies
- Manage acute pain episodes effectively through appropriate interventions and patient education
- Utilize medical imaging results and physiology knowledge to inform treatment strategies
- Educate patients on injury prevention, occupational health practices, and lifestyle modifications for long-term health benefits
- Monitor patient progress regularly, adjusting care plans as needed to optimize outcomes

Qualifications
- Valid chiropractic license in accordance with state or regional regulations
- Bilingual Armenian / English
- Proven experience in primary care settings with a focus on musculoskeletal health
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology relevant to chiropractic practice
- Skilled in patient observation, physical examinations, and patient assessment techniques
- Proficiency in pain management strategies including trigger point therapy and acute pain management methods
