Chiropractic Associate Opportunity

Activate Health is looking for a motivated chiropractic associate to join our growing practice, with opportunities available at both our West Hollywood and North Hollywood locations.
This position will begin part time, with the potential to grow into a full time role as the practice continues to expand.
Our clinics provide a modern, movement focused approach to musculoskeletal care. In addition to chiropractic treatment, associates will gain exposure to advanced mobility training, functional strength and rehabilitation, gait correction, breathwork, corrective exercise, and movement assessment.
We also treat a significant personal injury population, giving the associate the opportunity to develop strong skills in PI evaluation, case management, documentation, imaging review, and coordination of care.
Advanced Clinical Learning Opportunity
This position is designed for someone who wants to develop beyond traditional chiropractic care.
Associates will have the opportunity to learn and apply:
• Chiropractic adjusting and manual therapy
• Advanced mobility assessment and training
• Functional strength and rehabilitation programming
• Gait assessment and gait correction strategies
• Breathwork and breathing mechanics
• Corrective exercise and movement retraining
• Joint specific mobility and motor control
• Functional movement assessment
• Patient specific exercise progression
• Return to activity and performance based rehabilitation
• Patient education and long term movement strategies
Our approach emphasizes understanding how the entire body moves and functions rather than simply treating the location of pain.
Personal Injury Experience
The associate will also gain meaningful experience managing personal injury cases, including:
• Initial and re examination procedures
• Orthopedic and neurological testing
• Personal injury documentation and reporting
• MRI and imaging review
• Treatment planning and case progression
• Communication with attorneys and other healthcare providers
• Coordinating referrals when additional care is appropriate
• Managing patients through the full course of recovery following motor vehicle accidents and other injuries
Prior personal injury experience is not required. Training and mentorship will be provided.
Ideal Candidate
We are looking for someone who is:
• A chiropractic student approaching graduation or a recently licensed chiropractor
• Highly interested in movement, mobility, rehabilitation, and functional strength
• Interested in developing strong personal injury case management skills
• Personable and confident communicating with patients
• Professional, reliable, and motivated to continue learning
• Interested in becoming a more well rounded clinician rather than practicing a purely adjustment based model
• Comfortable working in a growing and collaborative practice
A background in athletics, strength training, rehabilitation, mobility, personal training, or sports is a plus.
Position Structure
Locations: West Hollywood and North Hollywood, California
Schedule: Part time to start
Growth Opportunity: Potential to transition into a full time associate position as patient volume and responsibilities increase
Candidates may have the opportunity to work between both locations depending on availability and clinic needs.
