About us Vitality Motion Center is a well-established, wellness-focused chiropractic office in Old Town Tustin seeking a motivated, confident, and compassionate Chiropractic Associate to join our team part-time.
Our office focuses on helping patients overcome symptoms related to dysfunction, degeneration, and injury through a comprehensive and holistic approach to care. We believe in educating and empowering patients through chiropractic care, lifestyle modification, nutrition, movement, posture, and body awareness so they can continue to thrive long-term.
Compensation:
- $42-45/hour BOE
Requirements:
- Active California Chiropractic License
- California X-Ray License required
- Minimum 2 years of experience using Diversified Technique
- Strong communication and patient education skills
- Confident in examination, diagnosis, and treatment planning
- Positive attitude, professionalism, and team mentality
Responsibilities:
- Perform chiropractic examinations and patient evaluations
- Take, mark, analyze, and transfer X-rays into CRM/EHR system
- Develop diagnoses based on patient history, physical examination, and X-ray findings
- Recommend individualized treatment plans
- Perform diversified chiropractic adjustments confidently and efficiently
- Educate patients on lifestyle, nutrition, ergonomics, movement, posture, and wellness principles
- Help patients understand the root cause of dysfunction and ways to prevent future degeneration and injury
- Maintain accurate documentation and patient records
- Help with Spinal Decompression, training, and soft tissue work/stretching.
