Clinically What You Can Expect:
Our 2 practices are based on neuromuscular skeletal conditions with a focus on all NMS conditions and an emphasis on spinal back and neck pain with personal injury.
Our patient education and treatment protocols are based on the patients’ positive findings relative to the science of the 3 phases of healing.
Treatments we utilize include chiropractic adjustment, muscle stimulation, and therapeutic exercise.
Our goal for the inflammation phase is to utilize therapies to decrease pain, inflammation and muscle spasms. Our repair phase of healing therapeutic goal includes therapies to increase active, passive and joint motion. Our remodel phase therapeutic goal is to increase tissue strength and elasticity. All of our therapies are based on the patients’ positive findings and phase of healing.
What We Expect, Responsibility:
We expect all of our staff to have a good attitude, be pleasant and treat every team member with respect and courtesy. And that’s exactly how you will be treated. Show up to work on time and perform all the functions as listed under your chiropractic license of California including the diagnosis, treatment and documentation of our patients.
You Will NOT Be Required to:
· Work after hours in the evenings.
· Work on weekends
· No Spinal Screenings
· No business applications
Practice Management: What You Can Expect:
You would not be responsible for any aspect of marketing the business. Your primary role would be as a clinician to diagnose, treat patients, and follow our science-based documentation system.

We are two chiropractic brothers practicing for over 35 years. We have a team of 4 additional doctors to help with our growth. Our doctors and staff have great attitudes and work well together. Most of which have been in practice for over 10 years. We take care of our doctors that help us take care of our patients.
