Are you a passionate, energetic, and growth-minded Doctor of Chiropractic looking for an opportunity to grow alongside an established and expanding practice? Organic Chiropractic Care (OCC) is looking for an exceptional Associate Doctor to join our team!
Our practice combines chiropractic care, personal injury, pediatric chiropractic, neurologic regulation, rehabilitation, and patient education to create a comprehensive experience for our patients.
Our primary need right now is our Westminster location, with the opportunity and expectation to provide coverage at our South El Monte location as needed.
We are open to both experienced chiropractors and newer graduates who are eager to learn, develop their clinical skills, and become an integral part of a growing practice.

Required:
- Current California Chiropractic License
- Professional liability/malpractice insurance
- Reliable transportation
- Strong professional work ethic
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong computer skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Ability to follow established systems and routines
- Excellent time-management and organizational skills
- Professional, honest, dependable, and trustworthy
- Willingness to work in both Westminster and South El Monte as needed
- Willingness to participate in practice growth and marketing activities
Preferred / PLUS:
- Personal Injury experience
- Pediatric chiropractic experience
- PX Docs experience or certification
- X-Ray Supervisor & Operator certification/license
- Experience with Insight scanning technology
- ICD-10/CPT knowledge
- Insurance billing experience
- PI lien/attorney case experience
- Narrative report writing experience
- Rehabilitation experience
- Spanish or Vietnamese language skills
- Previous clinical experience

Compensation: $35–$45/hour, depending on experience and qualifications
