Are you a dedicated and skilled Chiropractor looking for a rewarding opportunity? Take the next step in your career. We are a medical practice specializing in Federal workers’ compensation cases, and we’re expanding our team. This is not a typical chiropractic associate role. This person will work 1 on 1 with patients in a rehab/exercise environment with the ability to deliver chiropractic adjustments and manual therapy. This is a low volume practice compared to a high volume chiropractic office.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Perform initial patient examinations and continuing functional evaluations.
- Treat patients by creating and using theraputic exercise, as well as chiropractic and manual therapy modalities
- Evaluate patients’ physical condition and needs, developing a tailored rehabilitation program based on their unique challenges.
- Ensure excellent and compliant department documentation
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including doctors, nurse practitioners, massage therapists, and other specialists, to ensure integrated care.
- Participate in team meetings and collaborate on patient case management.
- Effectively and continually educate patients about the need for, and progress through, their care plan.
Secondary Responsibilities:
- Provide hands-on therapy, including exercises, stretches, manual therapy, and therapeutic modalities.
- Educate patients on exercises they can do at home for faster recovery and long-term health benefits.
Requirements:
- A Doctor of Chiropractic degree from an accredited institution.
- Active Arizona Chiropractic license.
- 1 year experience as a Physical Therapist, preferably in a multidisciplinary or clinical setting, especially in the context of workers’ compensation or trauma cases
