- Deliver chiropractic adjustments and treatments focused on spinal and musculoskeletal health.
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans.
- Conduct patient assessments through interviews and physical exams.
- Clearly communicate diagnoses and treatment goals to patients.
- Maintain accurate and compliant medical records.
- Coordinate referrals to other healthcare professionals when necessary.
- Ensure documentation meets CMS standards and reflects medical necessity.
- Foster a respectful and compassionate environment for patients and staff.
- Doctor of Chiropractic license with a minimum of 2 years of clinical experience.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with patients.
- Detail-oriented with excellent documentation skills.
- Effective verbal and written communication.
- Willingness to participate in weekly coaching and professional development.
- Experience in Community Health Centers is a plus.
