About the Opportunity:
Established in 2011, our growing personal injury chiropractic and rehabilitation practice has expanded to multiple locations across the Valley, including four chiropractic offices and one medical office. We are a patient-centered, team-driven organization focused on delivering high-quality, multidisciplinary care.
We are seeking a motivated and patient-focused Associate Chiropractor with a growth mindset who excels in a team setting to join our expanding practice across the valley. This is more than just an associate role—it’s a long-term opportunity to work alongside experienced providers, refine your clinical skills, and be part of a collaborative, fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide consultations, complete examinations, and develop individualized treatment plans
- Deliver a high volume of chiropractic adjustments using diversified, drop table, activator, and related techniques
- Educate patients on treatment plans and therapy modalities
- Perform timely progress re-evaluations
- Maintain accurate, clear, and timely documentation of services
- Lead and support clinic staff by managing daily workflows, setting clear expectations, and ensuring operational excellence
- Cultivate and maintain a high-performance, team-oriented culture that prioritizes collaboration, accountability, and exceptional patient care
- Utilize office equipment and software efficiently
- Maintain a professional appearance representing the company
Qualifications:
- Doctor of Chiropractic (required)
- Arizona Chiropractic License in good standing (or eligible)
- New graduates welcomed to apply
- Spanish-speaking ability is a plus but not required
- Strong communication and patient care skills
- Enthusiastic, team-oriented, and goal-driven mindset capable of leading and supporting an office
