I am actively seeking a qualified Doctor of Chiropractic or a group (up to 3 health care providers could be accommodated) to acquire my Burbank practice, WILLIAMS CHIROPRACTIC & SPORTS MEDICINE CENTER. My primary goal is to ensure the uninterrupted, high-quality care of my over 4,500 patients and to preserve the strong standing the clinic has built in the local medical community since 1996. There is a loyal patient base with an active mix of cash, insurance, and some lifetime workers’ compensation patients.

The practice is located in the Media District of Burbank with easy access from the 134 and 5 freeways. Two additional independent Chiropractors are practicing in the approximately 2,500 square foot building. We share the overhead costs and cover for each other during vacations.
There is a fully equipped Physiotherapy Room that includes Intersegmental Traction Tables, Cervical Traction, Diathermy, and Multiple Electrical Stimulation and Ultrasound Units. There is also an Acupuncturist who has been a great source of referrals.
We have a dedicated, experienced clinical and administrative support team ready to assist in a smooth handover. I am committed to a collaborative and structured transition period to introduce the incoming physician to the patient base and referral sources.
Price is negotiable. The practice has been valued much higher than the listing price. Again, my primary concern is continued care for the patients.
