You will work alongside Dr. Stanley Dombroski (22 years in practice), 3 associate doctors, and 4 CAs, receiving direct, side-by-side mentorship in biomechanical X-ray analysis, adjusting, and case management. Whether you have years of upper cervical experience, are transitioning from full-spine (or techniques like Blair, AO, Knee-Chest), or are a motivated new graduate, our structured training system will teach you everything you need to succeed.

Key Responsibilities
– Deliver precise NUCCA care to a full daily patient schedule
– Conduct new patient exams, complete NUCCA X-ray series, and calculate biomechanical listings
– Perform pre- and post-adjustment evaluations to verify subluxation reduction
– Present clear Reports of Findings and guide patients through customized care recommendations
– Maintain prompt, accurate electronic health records and daily clinical charting
– Complete all internal training manual modules under direct doctor supervision
– Participate actively in weekly doctor rounds, case reviews, and hands-on technique practice
– Work collaboratively with CAs and associate peers to maintain smooth clinic flow
Candidate Profile
– Doctor of Chiropractic (DC) degree from an accredited institution
– Active Michigan license (or a clear path to licensure within 60 days)
– Grounded in a vitalistic, above-down, inside-out chiropractic philosophy
– Strong work ethic, coachability, and a positive sense of humor
– Prior NUCCA training is a plus, but not required—we will train doctors with zero technique experience from the ground up
– Note: This is a direct-hire associate position; preceptorships cannot be accommodated
Compensation & Benefits
– Base salary: $60,000–$75,000 (commensurate with experience)
