Are you a passionate Physical Therapist looking for an opportunity to truly make a difference, all while enjoying the flexibility you deserve, working alongside an absolutely fantastic team and competitive pay? If so, then you might have just found your perfect fit here at Pacific Medical Clinic!

We’re a dynamic outpatient facility with a special focus on helping individuals recover from work-related injuries. We’re on the lookout for a dedicated and empathetic Physical Therapist to join our family, ideally for three days a week with hours that can truly adapt to your life.

At Pacific Medical Clinic, we see our Physical Therapist as genuine partners in our patients’ recovery journeys. You’ll be instrumental in guiding them through the process of restoring movement, improving function, and ultimately helping them achieve their personal best. Your role is all about empowering individuals to maximize their quality of life, whether that involves prevention, diagnosis, treatment, intervention, or comprehensive rehabilitation. It’s about more than just therapy; it’s about transformation.

Your day-to-day will involve using your sharp clinical skills to evaluate data, pinpoint diagnoses, and craft personalized, evidence-based care plans. You’ll be right there, cheering on and motivating our patients during their treatments, helping them regain strength and confidence. Collaboration is key here- you will seamlessly consult and practice alongside other health professionals, always monitoring progress and ensuring meticulous yet efficient record-keeping.

We’re searching for someone with a bright, energetic spirit- a caring, positive, and enthusiastic individual who truly loves helping people and radiates passion for the field of physical therapy. Being an excellent communicator is crucial, and you will thrive in our close-knit, supportive team environment.

So, what are we looking for in your professional toolkit? Of course, you’ll need a degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program and a current, unrestricted California PT license. We value a thirst for knowledge and commitment to staying updated on the latest treatment practices, always evolving your skills. Professionalism that shines through and stellar interpersonal communication skills are a must. And a plus if you’re fluent in Spanish (but definitely not a deal-breaker!). Oh, and a huge welcome to new grads-we believe in nurturing fresh talent!

If it sounds like the kind of place where you could truly thrive and grow, we’d absolutely love to hear from you!
