• Spacious treatment room in injury treatment and wellness clinic centrally located in downtown Burbank on San Fernando/First 
• Available starting in mid-June for full time occupancy of tenant with a health and wellness focused practice
• Room dimensions are approximately 11’ x 12’. 
• Initial lease term is 6 months with option to renew if agreeable to both parties
• We are an established injury treatment practice specializing in postural alignment therapy and bodywork modalities. We hope to cross refer with the new tenant. 
• No subletting or splitting the space across multiple practitioners
• No massage therapists will be considered as this is a conflict of interest with our practice.
