Job Overview
We are seeking a bilingual fluent in Mandarin or Spanish (Not Required) dedicated and skilled Chiropractor to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for diagnosing and treating patients with musculoskeletal disorders, focusing on pain management and improving overall physical health. This role requires a strong commitment to patient care, utilizing various techniques and treatments to enhance the well-being of individuals suffering from acute pain and other related conditions.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough physical examinations to assess patients’ conditions and determine appropriate treatment plans.
  • Utilize medical imaging techniques as necessary to aid in diagnosis and treatment planning.
  • Develop individualized care plans that address the specific needs of each patient, focusing on pain management and rehabilitation.
  • Perform chiropractic adjustments and manipulations to alleviate pain and improve mobility.
  • Monitor patient progress through regular observation and adjust treatment plans as needed.
  • Educate patients on lifestyle changes, exercises, and preventive care strategies to enhance recovery and maintain health.
  • Maintain accurate medical records, documenting patient history, treatment plans, and progress notes in accordance with medical terminology standards.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care for patients.

Skills

  • Fluent in Mandarin or Spanish(NOT REQUIRED)
  • Proficient in acute pain management techniques and strategies.
  • Strong patient observation skills to accurately assess conditions and monitor progress.
  • Knowledgeable in medical imaging procedures relevant to chiropractic practice.
  • Expertise in pain management principles and practices.
  • Solid understanding of human physiology and its application in patient care.
  • Exceptional patient care skills with a focus on empathy and communication.
  • Ability to develop effective primary care strategies tailored to individual needs.
  • Competence in creating detailed care plans that facilitate optimal recovery outcomes.
  • Familiarity with medical terminology essential for documentation and communication within the healthcare team.
  • Experience conducting thorough physical examinations to inform treatment decisions.
