Chiropractor and Acupuncturist – Full Time or Part Time
The ideal candidate would be:
•
Orthopedically oriented.
•
Able to help promote, build and treat utilizing industry-accepted Chiropractic and/or Acupuncture care plans in a multidisciplinary setting.
•
Will adhere to an established Code of Ethics.
•
Will provide evidence-based examination, diagnosis, treatment, and management of non-operative musculoskeletal and neuromuscular conditions.
Duties include but are not limited to:
•
Utilizing standard orthopedic evaluation procedures and diagnostic studies to establish a proper diagnosis and appropriate plans of care.
•
Managing cases, providing treatment and monitoring patient progress according to evidenced-based standards of care.
•
Including referral when medically dictated.
•
Completing encounters and EHR documentation in a timely manner following the facility policy and procedures.
•
Effectively communicating with patients, PCPs, and other health care professionals as appropriate.
Basic Requirements:
•
Current full, unrestricted California Chiropractic and/or Acupuncture license.
•
Proficient in electronic health records documentation.
•
Pre-employment screening, including.
•
English language proficiency.
Basic Preferences (ideal, but not necessary):
•
Minimum of three years professional experience.
•
Bilingual
•
Orthopedic and/or neurologic certifications.
•
Proficient in Diversified and Flexion/Distraction techniques (Chiropractors only).
