Lompoc is a wonderful California coastal community next to Vandenberg Space Force Base with year round temperate weather. The population is about 45,000 and there are currently only 3 of us Chiropractors. We are all quite busy with zero advertising.
The building is unique in that it was the home of the first Chiropractor in Lompoc, he lived with his family in the back and upstairs and his practice was in the front. It is 2500 square feet and is set up with 3 adjusting rooms with 2 high-low tables, a therapy room and the upstairs can be used to massage therapy.
