We have been providing effective healthcare solutions in a beautiful and nurturing setting for over 25 years in the AV. We also boast a 4.5 stars on Yelp with over 100 (visible) reviews; and 4.9 stars on Google with 51 reviews; largely because we treat people the way we want to be treated, and we put people, reputation and good-will, above money and profit. As a result, we do zero advertising. Community and social events are the extent of it, and that is fun and fulfilling. Additionally, we simply can’t handle any more patients than we organically receive. We really need to expand into a multi-disciplinary clinic at some point, and bring on a PT and and MD. So, there is your potential for growth.
As a Sports Therapy office, In addition to chiropractic adjustments, we offer a wide variety of massage and physio therapy modalities to help relax, loosen and heal the soft tissues as well. We also can cast for orthotics and train patients on diet and exercise so they can get or stay healthy.
Busy – 2,200 sf office with 4 PT tx rooms, 4 massage rooms and a small gym, 10+ staff treating about 50 people a day, and averaging a few new patients daily. (16 New Pts /wk avg. with no advertising!)

Our doctor is nearing retirement and needs to find a younger Doc to take some of the load off, and to help with paperwork. In the long term, a buy-out/lease to own situation with a gradual reverse of roles is desired. Happy to train the right person to take over, so the growth potential is essentially unlimited.
The unspoken trade-off is less salary up front during training and “apprenticeship”, as with any associate situation; HOWEVER, unlike many places that offer a minimal base, and then you are expected to go beat the bushes for patients. There is none of that here, unless you want to. In addition, you will be shown what you never learned in school, no matter how awesome you are. The harsh truth is that school is only the beginning. The diploma is worthless without the state license; and the license is no guarantee of business, patients or success.

We are busier than we can handle, and need a humble, fit and hardworking Apprentice Doc (who doesn’t already know everything) to come learn, grow and help us out; and hopefully, carry on the awesome tradition for service and caring that we have built.
