About the Role
We are seeking a compassionate, motivated Occupational Therapist to join our growing patient-centered team serving Orange County and the Inland Empire. In this role, you will evaluate and treat patients to help them regain independence, improve functional performance, and enhance overall quality of life across home, work, and community environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat patients with work-related and industrial injuries, focusing on safe return-to-work outcomes
- Conduct comprehensive occupational therapy evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide skilled therapy services focused on ADLs, IADLs, upper extremity function, cognition, and adaptive techniques
- Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs, safety strategies, and use of adaptive equipment
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to coordinate patient care
- Maintain timely and accurate documentation in accordance with regulatory and payer requirements
- Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as clinically indicated
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
- Current California Occupational Therapist license (or eligibility)
- CPR/BLS certification
- Strong clinical reasoning, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team
- Experience in outpatient, orthopedic, neuro, industrial, or workers’ compensation settings preferred (new grads welcome)
