Our practice has been established for 45 years, and the space naturally supports patient flow and collaborative care—but this arrangement is structured to be fully compliant with California requirements, including Stark considerations and Moscone-Knox. Rent is calculated at Fair Market Value (FMV), and leasing the space carries no expectation of referrals. Any internal referrals, if they occur, must be clinically appropriate and compliant. Each discipline remains separate and independent as required.
