$60,000 annual salary + monthly bonuses
We are a 30 year practice currently seeing 250-300 visit per week with 2 doctors working part time (18 hours and 21 hours per week). We use diversified and drop techniques, as well as spinal decompression. There is a massage therapist on site. We have x-ray, and separate therapy suite which is manned by trained staff. Therapies include ice, heat, EMS and therapeutic exercises in accordance with current best practices guidelines (insurances, attorneys and patients want therapeutic exercises). The office is fully computerized, with a touch screen computer in every treatment room for speed and efficiency. We are likely one of the most efficient and professional offices in the nation.
Our practice seems to have been “pandemic proof”. We have gotten busier and busier over the last year, and currently have a waiting list for new patients – many waiting up to a week.
As we approach retirement, we are looking for an associate to integrate into our practice who will take over when we retire. This is a rare opportunity to be groomed into an award winning practice. Usually when a practice is purchased with little to no transition time, there is a loss of 30-50% of the practice volume and income. Our goal is a win-win…..we want the new doctor to have a long opportunity to meet and treat all current patients, so patients are well cared for and any fall off when we retire will be minimal. We are literally paying while we provide a “business internship”, with training in practice, staff and patient management, as well as providing new patients to grow your individual patient base.
There are 8 treatment rooms, which means there is also room for a business savvy chiropractor to add more chiropractors, massage therapists, acupuncturists or even create a multi-disciplinary office.
While there truly are very few “once in a lifetime” opportunities, this may actually be one of them!!
